Index. It encompasses 9 important attributes of
Industrial Employability which are

Pro-Activeness
The various activities within any
Industry like Design/Development, Manufacturing,
Quality Control / Assurance, Service / Customer
Support, Marketing / Sales require different
combinations of these attributes for
contribution and performance. Hence these scores
give an overall view and guides the trainees to proceed into a career track which
best suits them of what they are. This index is
instrumented scientifically to capture a
snap-shot of these attributes of the trainees.
The attributes are assessed, measured &
evaluated using proven techniques & tools. The
evaluations are then presented to the trainees
in an individual report format which depicts the IEI, the individual scores across the various
attributes and his /her position across the
peers. The employer uses this index to take a
quantitative decision to employ the respective
individual for an appropriate role.
Key Take Aways:
The intent of this assessment is to reinforce
the Strengths and attend to the Weaknesses and
generally prepares the trainees for the
expectations of the industry.
