The various activities within any Industry like Design/Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control / Assurance, Service / Customer Support, Marketing / Sales require different combinations of these attributes for contribution and performance. Hence these scores give an overall view and guides the trainees to proceed into a career track which best suits them of what they are. This index is instrumented scientifically to capture a snap-shot of these attributes of the trainees. The attributes are assessed, measured & evaluated using proven techniques & tools. The evaluations are then presented to the trainees in an individual report format which depicts the IEI, the individual scores across the various attributes and his /her position across the peers. The employer uses this index to take a quantitative decision to employ the respective individual for an appropriate role.

The intent of this assessment is to reinforce the Strengths and attend to the Weaknesses and generally prepares the trainees for the expectations of the industry.
